At Pacers Team Store, we want you to represent your team with pride; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your merchandise is in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the generated return label to the outside of the box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
